Environmental Management Overview

KOSCO takes environmental conservation and energy efficiency optimization as the basis of its management. The company selects its own environmental and energy management standards that are stricter than legal regulations and applies them to its production activities as a priority, and promotes environmental management as follows.
  1. Environmental and energy are considered key elements of the management strategy, and company-wide environmental management is promoted by establishing goals and detailed plans based on this environmental management policy.
  2. In accordance with environmental laws and regulations and international conventions such as ISO14001, its own environmental management standards are established and thoroughly complied with to continuously improve the level of environmental management.
  3. In order to maximize energy efficiency, greenhouse gas target management is implemented to minimize greenhouse gas emissions.
  4. For continuous improvement of actual and potential risk factors and scientific preventive management, all employees voluntarily participate in energy saving, resource saving, and other activities of environmental management activities to promote environmental improvement as well as create a pleasant environment.
